Environmental Permitting

Cabanga has extensive experience in the environmental permitting process, and can assist with compilation and submission of the required documentation for the following applications/processes:

• Atmospheric Emissions License in terms of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act (NEM:AQA)
• Waste Management License in terms of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act (NEM:WA)
• Integrated Water Use License Application (IWULA) in terms of the National Water Act (NWA)
• Application for Environmental Authorisation in terms of NEMA
• S24G Application for Rectification in terms of NEMA
• Permits as required in terms of the National Heritage Resources Act (NHRA)
• Permits to relocate red data species

Further to this Cabanga can assist with environmental applications for projects abroad through the relevant local environmental departments. We try and utilise local specialists as far as possible to assist with compilation of specialist studies and reports and ensure local legislation is followed.
